Caroline Donohue

Founder & Principal Coach

With PROFESSIONAL CERTIFIED COACH (PCC) accreditation from the International Coaching Federation, Caroline is a fully qualified Career & Executive Coach with a corporate management background across large retail, finance and media organisations. 

Caroline has experience as a management executive, leader, career returner, and business owner. She knows, through first hand experience, the steps and tools needed to get you where you want to be. Changing careers, finding fulfilment and playing to your strengths to climb the ladder can all be part of the process.

Her journey led her to founding Be Better Coaching to help individuals and organisations to change and grow.

Caroline delivers all of our executive, career change, leadership, and group coaching services for individuals and organisations.

Caroline also provides Pro-bono coaching services through Dress for Success, a global NFP that provides a range of services to support disadvantaged women.

Finally, Caroline is on the leadership committee of the International Coaching Federation - NSW Chapter. She manages the membership experience for all ICF members across NSW.
